*The secret to washing and drying clothes is to use less than the specified capacity.

You can wash and dry blankets and blankets. However, please note the following points:
Blankets: Acrylic blankets can be washed with water, but wool blankets cannot be washed because they can shrink.
Duvets: Silk-backed duvets cannot be washed with water because they may shrink or change texture. If it is quilted with cotton or polyester, it can be washed with water.

All stores are self-service, so if washing/drying time has passed, we ask the next customer to take their laundry into the store basket.

Fragile items such as wool, leather products, beads and embroidery cannot be washed. Futons that are not quilted (stitched all over to prevent stains) are also not washable.
Be careful if the fabric is damaged or frayed as this can make the condition worse.

Please use softer sheets* to avoid static electricity. Just spread it out in the dryer with your laundry to avoid static electricity.

The laundry may be uneven in the drum, causing the drum to not function properly and causing errors. Please spread the laundry in the drum and try restarting the machine. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact local staff or the call center.
